You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the day we receive your written notification. The following cancellation charges will apply:

| 15-29 days before check-in | 100% of total booking amount |
| 7-14 days before check-in | 100% of total booking amount |
| 7-1 days before check-in | 100% of total booking amount |
| Less than 24 hours before check-in | 50% of total booking amount |
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment. Please note that bank processing fees may apply and are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive on the booked date without prior notice), no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Changes to your booking (dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 15 days before your scheduled arrival to make any changes.
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or interruption of your trip.
For group bookings (10 or more people) and special event bookings, different cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
